Please note: issues related to Bank Feeds are usually resolved within 2 weeks for major banks, however we are dependent on our Bank Feeds provider for all resolutions, and are unable to provide specific dates or estimates. For the smaller institutions it can take months for syncing to be resolved, and occasionally we become unable to sync with a bank ever again.

We have been advised that all Macquarie Bank accounts require 2FA to login. Budget Feeder is not able to sync accounts requiring 2FA, and we are no longer able to sync with Macquarie Bank. Customers may wish to consider using File based Import for this bank.

Our bank feeds provider has advised the following:

"We are currently seeing some BOQ submissions failing. This is caused by an invalid network response from the bank. We have deployed an initial patch which did not fully resolve the issue. Our Dev team is continuing to work on restoring full access."
