Please note: issues related to Bank Feeds are usually resolved within 2 weeks for major banks, however we are dependent on our Bank Feeds provider for all resolutions, and are unable to provide specific dates or estimates. For the smaller institutions it can take months for syncing to be resolved, and occasionally we become unable to sync with a bank ever again.
Duplicate transactions for NAB credit card transactions often occur, and this is not expected to be resolved.
Some customers are currently unable to sync with Westpac. Our Bank Feeds provider has deployed a fix which has resulted in most customers able to sync, however some customers are still unable to reconnect. Our provider is also aware of this and is currently investigating the issue. We will provide further updates as information comes to hand.
We are currently unable to sync with 28 Degrees and CreditLine cards since 29/9/2023. It is likely that we will not be able to support these cards for the foreseeable future. Customers may consider file based import instead of using Budget Feeder.

We have been advised that all Macquarie Bank accounts require 2FA to login. Budget Feeder is not able to sync accounts requiring 2FA, and we are no longer able to sync with Macquarie Bank. Customers may wish to consider using File based Import for this bank.
